Our Philosophy
We are family oriented wealth preservation attorneys. Each of us works a lifetime to provide for our families a measure of safety, security and dignity. As Elder Law Attorneys, we feel that no one should need to sacrifice all they have worked for and saved in order to be taken care of when they are old. We believe that everyone deserves Attorneys who care, and who look beyond today’s immediate need. The Attorneys of the Weissler Law Group always seek to take care of our Client’s throughout their lifetimes and hope to provide planning that not only protects them, but also protects their other family members. We feel that too many attorneys merely sell documents without getting to know their Clients, finding out what is important to them or looking toward the future for their entire family.
The planning we do is about living. It is about getting what we need while we are alive, keeping what we worked hard to get and hold onto, helping our spouses, children, grandchildren and perhaps our siblings when we are gone.
Dealing with the challenges of aging can be hard. It should not be hard to learn about and take steps to protect our assets and our families while getting in home care, paying for assisted living or nursing home care. Understanding what needs to be done and what rules followed to access public entitlement programs such as Veteran’s Aid and Attendance Benefits, In Home Support Services and Med-ical can be difficult and confusing. We are committed to taking the time to explain to our Clients and their families the rules they are faced with, and the options available to them so that they can make informed choices. We work hard to make the process as easy as possible.
Our Work
The Weissler Law Group works with Seniors and their families to help prepare for and deal with life cycle events. Our Attorneys are experienced in helping create structures and circumstances to preserve individual dignity, family harmony and financial security. We are also experienced in helping Clients transfer assets after a death, smoothly and with the least possible conflict. We provide:

We take a personal approach to each Client’s situation. We listen, we educate, we help our Clients make informed choices and we help them put into place those structures and documents needed for them to achieve those goals which are important to them.
